The late 90′s to early 2000′s Dodge Dakota might be one of the sexiest pickup trucks ever produced. Now under the RAM nameplate, Dakota continues to be one of the best selling mid-size trucks on the market. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of ways to upgrade your Dakota – not only using Mopar approved parts by Dodge, but also through third-party vendors. But we have to admit, this Custom Dodge Dakota is a thing of pure beauty and originality.
Found on eBay Motors, (via Jalopnik) “the listing this Dakota was owned by one person since new, a fact which would explain the relatively low mileage (22,364). What it doesn’t explain is why in 2005 this truck was modified to include air bags and an extra axle. Exactly what was done is fairly vague, but complete details of the conversion do come with the truck for the new owner.”
